All ride requests are subject to availability. However, requests made with at least 72 hours’ advance notice are typically guaranteed.
Urgent or last-minute requests will be reviewed and scheduled on a case-by-case basis.

Base Pickup Fee (per leg): $55.00
Mileage Rate: $5.00 per mile
Standby/Wait Fee: $20.00 per 15 minutes
Hospital/Facility Discharge Fee: $25.00
Provided Wheelchair Fee: $50.00 each way
Out-of-Area Service Fee: $50 + deadhead mileage
After-Hours Surcharge: 25% (applies to all trips scheduled after 5:00 PM)
Additional Passenger Fee: First additional passenger is included. $15 per person thereafter
Cancellation Fee: $55.00
No-Show Fee: $80.00
Reschedule Fee: $55.00
