We do not currently operate in Vancouver, WA, but we are happy to assist with transports that originate within Oregon.
Yes, we can! This would be considered a Shared Ride.
Each rider requiring assistance will have a separate base pickup fee applied to each leg of the trip.
We’ll need a few details to confirm both wheelchairs can be safely secured in the vehicle.
Yes, we offer the following options for an additional fee:
Standard Wheelchairs (with elevating leg rests)
Bariatric Wheelchairs
Standard Reclining Wheelchairs (with elevating leg rests)
No, your presence is not required.
Our drivers provide hand-to-hand assistance from inside the residence to inside the destination.
However, drivers are not licensed caregivers, so it’s up to you to decide if additional support is needed during transport.
We are partnered with some insurance-funded programs in the Portland Metro area, but we do not bill insurance directly.
All private-pay rides must be paid in full before transport.

All payments must be arranged and processed before the scheduled transport.
We require full payment before the ride takes place, unless you are on an approved recurring schedule with an established payment history.
We do not offer post-ride invoicing for one-time transports.
Our vehicles are staffed by a single driver, without an assistant.
Drivers can safely assist over one step only.
If there are multiple steps, please ensure you have someone available to assist you to ground level prior to pickup.
