Thank you for choosing our transportation services. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following terms related to scheduling, payments, and cancellations.
Once we receive your ride request, our scheduling team will reach out to confirm your details. Please note: a ride is not officially scheduled until it has been confirmed by our team. You’re welcome to contact us by phone or email for any updates, but due to high call volumes, we encourage you to leave a voicemail if we’re unable to answer—we’ll return your call promptly.
Cancellations must be made by 3:00 PM (PST) the day before your scheduled ride to avoid a fee. Late cancellations—those made after this cutoff—will be charged our standard base fare. Every confirmed trip reserves a driver’s time and blocks availability for other clients, which is why timely cancellations are essential.
If a trip is canceled after the driver has arrived, it is considered a no-show. No-shows are billed at the base fare + $25.
Trips scheduled outside of our regular service area that are canceled less than 24 hours before pickup is non-refundable.
You can reschedule your ride at no extra charge up until 3:00 PM (PST) the day prior to your appointment.
All approved refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee.
Full payment must be received by 5:00 PM (PST) the day before your scheduled trip. For recurring or long-term arrangements, alternate payment options may be available—please contact us to discuss.
